Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export a manual JSON backup first if you want to keep a copy of your tasks, projects, habits or history. Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription.
01
Delete directly in the mobile App
- Open Radar : Tasks & Habits on iPhone or Android.
- Open Settings and scroll to the final Delete account action. If the Premium gate is visible, open Account & privacy first.
- Review the deletion warning and use the store-management link first if you also want to stop subscription renewal.
- Complete any fresh sign-in or identity check requested by your authentication provider.
- Enter the exact lowercase confirmation word delete and confirm.
The App starts the deletion immediately. If a temporary network or provider error interrupts it, keep the App installed and retry after connectivity returns.
02
Delete selected data without deleting your account
You can keep your Radar account and remove individual content from its task, project, habit or profile editor:
- Tasks: delete an individual task. Its synchronized record and task attachments are removed when the deletion syncs.
- Projects: delete a project. The project is removed, while its tasks remain in Inbox.
- Habits: delete a habit to remove the habit and its completion and progress history.
- Attachments: select one or more attachments in a task, choose Remove, then save the task.
- Profile: edit your display name or choose Remove photo in Profile settings. Removing a custom photo deletes it from Radar profile storage.
These actions do not delete your Firebase Authentication account and do not cancel a subscription.
03
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the mobile App, email Project Null0 at:
contact@projectnull0.com ↗Use the subject Radar : Tasks & Habits account deletion. To help us locate the correct account, include only:
- the email address connected to the Radar account, preferably by sending the request from that address;
- whether you signed in with email/password, Google or Apple;
- whether you used iPhone, Android or the browser app; and
- your Radar display name, if you set one, or a non-sensitive store order reference only if we later ask for it to locate an anonymous purchase record.
Never send us your password, verification code, full payment-card number, bank details, complete store receipt or a copy of an identity document in the first request. We may ask for a limited, non-sensitive ownership check before deleting data, but we will not ask for your password or full payment credentials.
04
What deletion removes
For a confirmed permanent account, the deletion process removes data controlled by Project Null0 that is associated with the account, including:
- the Firebase Authentication account and linked email/password, Google or Apple sign-in identity;
- Cloud Firestore workspace records, including tasks, projects, habits, completion history, synchronized settings and deletion journals, as well as any optional health, fitness or wellness information you entered in task or habit titles, notes, goals, schedules and progress;
- Firebase Storage task attachments — including selected photos, videos, audio, voice or music files, documents and other files — and any profile photo under the account’s user path;
- the RevenueCat customer record identified by the permanent Firebase user ID;
- the feedback anti-abuse record associated with that user identifier; and
- local Radar task data and all locally stored task attachments on the mobile device that completes in-app deletion.
If you used Sign in with Apple, the App also revokes the linked Apple authorization as part of in-app deletion. Deleting an account cannot remotely erase an old local copy from a device or browser that is offline; clear Radar site data, uninstall the App or remove its local data on any other device you control.
05
What may remain
Apple and Google control their own purchase, transaction and subscription records and may retain them under their policies or legal duties. Project Null0 may also retain a support email and limited records necessary to document and complete your request, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or comply with law. Infrastructure providers may keep short-lived security logs or backups under their normal retention processes before deletion fully propagates.
An anonymous RevenueCat customer that was never connected to a permanent Firebase account cannot be found from an account email alone. If that applies, use the in-app deletion route when possible or tell us the platform and approximate purchase date; we will ask only for the minimum non-sensitive store information needed to investigate.
06
Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription
Account deletion, RevenueCat customer deletion and uninstalling Radar : Tasks & Habits do not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. The storefront that sold the subscription controls renewal and billing. Cancel separately before or after deleting the account:
Deleting the Radar account while the subscription is active may remove the account link used to recognize Premium access on other platforms, but it does not stop charges from the store.
07
Send an account-deletion request
If the in-app route is unavailable, email:
contact@projectnull0.com ↗We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
